Abstract
The star occupancy rate (TPK) in February 2019 decreased compared to January 2019. The TPK in February 2019 was 32.63 percent, while the star hotel TPK in January 2019 was 32.84 percent. This means a decrease of 0.21 points. When compared with star hotel RORs in February 2018 at 40.60 percent, it decreased by 7.97 points.The average length of stay (RLM) of star hotel guests in February 2019 was 2.16 days. This has decreased by 0.75 days compared to the January 2019 RLM of 3.16 days.The number of guests staying in star hotels in February 2019 recorded 44,654 people consisting of 34,822 domestic guests (77.98 percent) and 9,832 foreign guests (22.02 percent).Non-Star Hotel TPK in February 2019 was only 20.60 percent which decreased by 3.77 points compared to January 2019 with TPK of 24.37 percent. When compared with February 2018 it decreased by 5.04 points from 25.64 percent.The average length of stay (RLM) of guests in Non-Star Hotels in February 2019 was 1.89 days, a decrease of 0.25 days compared to the RLM in January 2019 of 2.14 days.
