NTB, June 2018: Star Hotel TPK 46.56 Percent

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in June 2018 decreased compared to May 2018. TPK in June 2018 only amounted to 46.56 percent, while the STK of star hotel in May 2018 reached 54.06 percent, this means decreased by 7, 50 points. When compared with the star hotel TPK in June 2017 of 41.95 percent, it means a slight increase of 4.61 points.

The average length of stay (RLM) for star hotel guests in June 2018 was 2.01 days. This has decreased by 0.51 days compared to the May 2018 RLM of 2.52 days. Compared to the RLM in June 2017 of 2.13 days means experiencing an increase of only 0.12 days.

The number of guests staying in star hotels in June 2018 was 71,213 people consisting of 50,224 domestic guests (70.53 percent) and 20,998 overseas guests (29.47 percent).

Non-Star Hotel TPK in June 2018 amounted to 28.20 percent, slightly decreased by 0.97 points compared to May 2018 with TPK of 29.17 percent. On the contrary compared to June 2017, it increased by 6.57 points from 21.63 percent.
