Calculation of Farmer Exchange Rates using the 2012 base year = 100 where in November 2018 the Food Crop Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPP) was recorded at 117.05; Horticultural Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPH) 80.02; Exchange Rate of Community Plantation Planters (NTPR) 94.44; Livestock Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPT) 128.43 and Fisheries Farmer Exchange Rate (NTNP) 109.46. The Fisheries Farmers' Exchange Rate (NTNP), broken down into Capture Fisheries NTP (NTN), was recorded at 118.90 and the Cultivation Fisheries NTP (NTPi) was recorded at 94.25. In combination, the NTB Province's Farmer Exchange Rate is 111.21, which means that the NTP in November 2018 has increased by 0.34 percent compared to October 2018 with a Farmer Exchange Rate of 110.83 percent. Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in November 2018 was 119.54 percent or increased by 0.63 percent compared to October 2018 of 118.80 percent. Most of the NTUP is worth more than 100 except for the horticulture sub-sector which is only 89.54 percent. NTUP other sub-sectors respectively as follows: Animal Husbandry (139.93); Food Crops (121.81); Fisheries (119,68); and Community Plantation Plants (104,84). Of the 33 provinces reported in November 2018, there were 17 provinces that experienced an increase in NTP and 16 provinces experienced a decline in NTP. The highest increase occurred in West Sulawesi Province which amounted to 1.74 percent, while the highest decrease in NTP occurred in Riau Province which was equal to (1.92) percent In November 2018, inflation occurred in rural areas in West Nusa Tenggara Province by 0.82 percent.
