Abstract
The star occupancy rate (TPK) in September 2018 has increased compared to August 2018. The September 2018 TPK is 34.85 percent, while the star hotel TPK in August 2018 is only 28.18 percent, this means an increase of 6, 67 points. Compared to the star 2017 ROR for September 2017 at 53.32 percent, this means a decline of 18.47 points.
The average length of stay (RLM) of star hotel guests in September 2018 was 2.40 days. This decreased by 0.24 days compared to the RLM in August 2018 of 2.64 days.
The number of guests staying at star hotels in September 2018 recorded 63,426 people consisting of 47,796 domestic guests (75.35 percent) and 15,632 foreign guests (24.65 percent).
Non-Star Hotel TPK in September 2018 reached 19.91 percent, an increase of 3.43 points compared to August 2018 with TPK of 16.48 percent. When compared with September 2017 it still decreased by 5.18 points from 25.09 percent.
The average length of stay (RLM) of guests in Non-Star Hotels in September 2018 was 1.44 days, a decrease of 0.36 days compared to the RLM in August 2018 of 0.13.
