Gender Statistics of Mataram City 2019

In order to improve the welfare of the population in a sustainable manner, local governments need data on the socio-economic characteristics of the population. The population in development does not only act as a subject but also as an object of development. Characteristic condition data generated through surveys can be used as planning materials as well as evaluation materials to improve the welfare of the residents of Mataram City. Therefore, BPS Kota Mataram published the publication of the 2019 Mataram City Gender Statistics which provided information on the socio-economic conditions of the male and female population in the City of Mataram.The 2019 Mataram City Gender Statistics provides data on women in relation to population composition, health, education, employment, household socioeconomic status. The data was generated from the March 2019 National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) and the August 2019 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas). In which, the two surveys have been conducted nationally, including in the City of Mataram.The presentation of information is described simply in the form of tables and figures. Not only that, a simple analysis is also added so that readers can more easily understand the data displayed.
