Calculation of Farmer Exchange Rates using the 2012 base year = 100 where in March 2019 the Food Crop Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPP) was recorded at 116.34; Exchange Rate of Horticultural Farmers (NTPH) 81.49; Exchange Rate of Community Plantation Farmers (NTPR) 93,19; Livestock Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPT) 126.79 and Fisheries Farmer Exchange Rate (NTNP) 108.20. The Fisheries Farmers' Exchange Rate (NTNP), broken down into Capture Fisheries (NTN) NTP, was recorded at 116.95 and the Cultivation Fisheries NTP (NTPi) was recorded at 94.12. In combination, the NTB Province's Farmer Exchange Rate amounted to 110.46, which means that the NTP in March 2019 increased by 0.12 percent compared to February 2019 with a Farmer Exchange Rate of 110.32 percent.The Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in March 2019 amounted to 118.10 percent or decreased by 0.33 percent compared to February 2019 of 118.49 percent. Most of the NTUP is worth above 100 except for the horticulture sub-sector which is only 90.36 percent. The other NTUP sub-sectors are as follows: Animal Husbandry 137,16; Food Crops 121.03; Fisheries 118,56; and Community Plantation Plants 101.86.Of the 33 provinces reported in March 2019, there were 17 provinces that experienced an increase in NTP and 16 provinces experienced a decline in NTP. The highest increase occurred in Southeast Sulawesi Province which amounted to 1.41 percent, while the highest decrease in NTP occurred in the DKI Jakarta Province which was equal to (2.43) percentIn March 2019, there was deflation in rural areas in West Nusa Tenggara Province by 0.56 percent. Deflation was caused by a decrease in the Household Consumption Index (SCE) in the Foodstuffs Group by 1.31 percent and the Housing Group by 0.12 percent.
