NTB, December 2019: Arrival of International Passengers Increases by 4.15 Percent

The number of passengers arriving by sea transportation in December 2018 increased by 13.56 percent compared to November 2018. While the number of departing passengers increased by 28.99 percent.The number of goods unloaded through the sea port in December 2018 rose 5.59 percent compared to November 2018. Meanwhile the goods loaded decreased by 71.03 percent.The number of passengers arriving through domestic flights in December 2018 was 149,606 people, an increase of 12.47 percent compared to November 2018. The number of passengers arriving through international flights rose by 4.15 percent to as many as 6,068 people.The number of passengers departing in December 2018 through domestic flights was 132,658 people, an increase of 10.27 percent compared to November 2018. Likewise, the number of passengers departing through international flights also rose by 1.86 percent from 5,334 people to 5,433 people. .The number of items unloaded in December 2018 through domestic flights amounted to 705,398 Kg, down 1.99 percent from November 2018. Goods unloaded at the international terminal in December 2018 amounted to 93 Kg. Goods loaded at the cosmetic terminal in December 2018 fell 5.79 percent from the previous month. No items are loaded in the international terminal.
