Analysis of the Results of the BPS-Statistics of Mataram Municipality Data Needs Survey 2023

Monitoring of services at PST BPS is necessary to improve the quality of data and statistical information and services. Therefore, BPS feels the need to conduct a survey to obtain evaluation material regarding customer needs and satisfaction with statistical data and information and services. The survey is the Data Needs Survey. The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey designed and conducted by BPS to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services.
