Mataram Municipality Housing Statistics 2018

The state is obliged to provide housing for its people. This as stated in the mandate of the 1945 Constitution Article 28 states that "Everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to live and get a good and healthy environment and obtain health services". In addition, Law No. 1/2011 Regarding Housing and Settlement Areas Article 5 Paragraph 1 states that "The state is responsible for the implementation of housing and residential areas whose guidance is carried out by the government."
