Abstract

Calculation of Farmer Exchange Rates using the 2012 base year = 100 where in January 2019 the Food Crop Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPP) was recorded at 117.87; Horticultural Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPH) 81.05; Exchange Rate of Community Plantation Farmers (NTPR) 91.20; Farmer Farmer Exchange Rate (NTPT) 127.02 and Fisheries Farmers Exchange Value (NTNP) 108.30. The Fisheries Farmers' Exchange Rate (NTNP), broken down into Capture Fisheries (NTN) NTP, was recorded at 117.08 and the Cultivation Fisheries NTP (NTPi) was recorded at 94.18. In combination, the NTB Province's Farmer Exchange Rate amounted to 110.79, which means that the January 2019 NTP decreased by 0.11 percent compared to December 2018 with a Farmer Exchange Rate of 110.91 percent.The Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in January 2019 was 119.73 percent or decreased by 0.03 percent compared to December 2018 of 119.77 percent. Most of the NTUP is worth more than 100 except for the horticulture sub-sector which is only 91.14 percent. NTUP other sub-sectors respectively as follows: Animal Husbandry (138,55); Food Crops (123.75); Fisheries (119.09); and Community Plantation Plants (101.49).Of the 33 provinces reported in January 2019, there were 15 provinces that experienced an increase in NTP and 18 provinces experienced a decline in NTP. The highest increase occurred in Riau Province which was equal to 2.59 percent, while the highest decrease in NTP occurred in Papua Province which was equal to (1.58) percent.In January 2019, inflation occurred in rural areas in West Nusa Tenggara Province by 0.74 percent. Inflation is caused by an increase in the Household Consumption Index (SCE) in all expenditure groups, namely as follows: Foodstuffs of 1.33 percent, Clothing Group of 0.70 percent, Health Group of 0.68 percent, Food Group So it is 0.20 percent, Education, recreation and sports group is 0.18 percent, Housing Group is 0.07 percent and Transportation and Communication Group is 0.07 percent.
