🔹 Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK): 98.58%
As many as 98 out of 100 consumers are satisfied with the service provided.

🔹 Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK): 99.90%
The closer to 100, the more it shows that the anti-corruption culture is well implemented in our services.

These numbers are not just statistics, but proof of our commitment to providing excellent service and integrity.
