LAPOR (OnlineRakyat Aspiration and Complaint Service) is an online-based media managed and developed by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform together with the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Presidential Staff Office, and the Indonesian Ombudsman as a channel for public participation in monitoring development and public services in Indonesia.
