This June, the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) will be carried out, which is one of a series of follow-up surveys in the agricultural sector after the complete enumeration of the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST).

The main objective of SEP 2024 is to obtain data on economic aspects of agricultural business units, including income, expenditure, cost structure, and welfare indicators of agricultural business units in Indonesia. Apart from that, SEP 2024 also provides basic data to monitor several Sustainable Development Goals (TPB/SDGs) indicators in the agricultural sector.

The scope of SEP business units is individual agricultural businesses (UTP), legal entity agricultural companies (UPB) and other agricultural businesses (UTL).
